The installation of the programs does not need any special knowledge. It is made either by copying one directory on user's disk, and if this directory is called c:\spoc, no other changes in batch files are necessary. The licensee will obtain for the first twelve months free update of all programs purchased. The documentation of programs comes as PDF files on the installation CD. Consulting and training is not a part of the license conditions, and it must therefore be handled by a separate agreement. It is possible, on licensee's request, to add new features to existing programs. The source code of the programs is, as a rule, not provided. |
